How do I order my HasaKnapp sleepwear? 
The most popular and preferred method of ordering is to do so securely through the website using PayPal for processing of payments. For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is optional, you can checkout using PayPal without needing a PayPal account

HasaKnapp accepts payment via Visa or MasterCard. All credit card transactions on the HasaKnapp online store are processed using Securepay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure environment. HasaKnapp will not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.

Is it safe to use my credit card on hasaknapp.com.au? 
We protect your online order information by using a secure SSL certificate. This encrypts your details to avoid decoding of that information as it travels over the internet, and ensures your details are secure.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item? HasaKnapp will accept returns of new, unworn, unwashed product with all packaging and labels/tags intact for full refund or exchange from a purchase on our Website within 14 days of the order date. We will credit your original method of payment.

Sizing and Colours 

How do I know I have chosen the right size HasaKnapp sleepwear for my child?
Please refer to our sizing chart to help purchase the correct size. The Sizing Charts are only intended to act as a guide as to body sizing and are not intended to represent garment dimensions.

The colours of our garments may be different to what appears on your monitor. HasaKnapp cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor is accurate.


How will my order be shipped? 

For Australian orders, we deliver all our orders to you for no additional fee.  Our orders are delivered via the most efficient carrier for your region.  Depending on your location, we post via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.

Do you ship Internationally? 
HasaKnapp would love for you to receive our sleepwear throughout the world.   HasaKnapp ships to most destinations around the world via Air Mail. Air Mail charges are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
